Please include the patient's contact details, relevant history, the reason for referral and any recent imaging reports. If you'd like a specific service or clinician, please note this on the referral.


Medical referrals can be conveniently sent electronically via Medical Objects or emailed to info@professionalspeechpathology.com.au.

We accept referrals for clients with:

  • Private health insurance 
  • Team Care Plans (TCP), which require a referral from General Practitioners (GP). 
  • For veterans, the Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA) recognises both White and Gold cards for speech pathology referrals.  
  • WorkCover 
  •  Self-managed or Plan Managed NDIS referrals.
